How do your shirts fit?
Most of our apparel uses unisex sizing. Fit can vary by style, so we recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most Her Pace Run products are made to order after you place your purchase. This helps us offer more designs and styles without carrying excess inventory.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders. Shipping options and rates may change in the future.
How long will my order take to ship?
Because items are made to order, your order needs time for both production and shipping. We aim to ship products within 3-5 business days of the order. All items are produced and shipped in the US. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, order volume, and carrier.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. However, please contact us with questions.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@herpacerun.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review the problem and help with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Do you create designs for run clubs or group events?
Yes. We can work with run clubs, race groups, and other running communities on custom apparel or modified Her Pace designs. Contact us at hello@herpacerun.com with your group name, approximate quantity, timeline, and what you have in mind.
Can you personalize a design for a specific race?
Potentially. Reach out before ordering and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll let you know whether the design can be customized and whether additional fees apply.
Where are you based, and where do orders ship from?
Her Pace Run is based in Indiana, and we work with U.S.-based production and fulfillment partners to create and ship our products. Because items may be produced at different partner facilities, the exact shipping origin can vary by order.
