These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Her Pace Run website and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the website.

Her Pace Run is operated by Purple Vision Designs LLC (“Her Pace Run,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our website or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

Many Her Pace Run products are made to order specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, sizing information, and other product details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly based on your device, screen settings, production process, or other factors.

Because garments may be sourced from third-party manufacturers, minor variations in color, sizing, placement, or other characteristics may occur.

We reserve the right to:

Limit the quantities of products available for purchase.
Discontinue products at any time.
Change product descriptions or specifications when appropriate.
Refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

The price displayed at the time an order is submitted will generally be the price charged for that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

We may offer promotions, discount codes, or special pricing from time to time. Promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or other restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Payment authorization issues

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it, including product, color, size, quantity, and shipping information.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@herpacerun.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production.

7. Shipping

At this time, Her Pace Run ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because most of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or incorrect color selection.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You agree to promptly update information such as your email address, billing information, shipping information, and payment details when necessary so that we can complete transactions and contact you regarding your orders.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order if we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale.

10. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or other authorized payment providers.

We do not directly control the processing policies, authorization decisions, or security practices of third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment for the total amount of your order.

You may have the option to create or use a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Her Pace Run website, including designs, graphics, logos, artwork, text, product photography, branding, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Purple Vision Designs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Her Pace Run product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the design, artwork, branding, or other content appearing on the product.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us or through our website, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You agree not to submit content that:
